Book 1: The Rules of the Game
Chapter 5: The Next Level
Mono woke up on the couch again, but this time the phone wasn’t ringing. Instead, her ears were ringing from the deafening blast of a bomb that exploded in her dream. Without moving a muscle, she stared at the ceiling for a few minutes while recalling the dream. In it, the entire world was on fire. There was a war going on, but a war the likes of which she hadn’t seen even in the movies. She was fighting like a wounded beast, screaming on top of her lungs: “Diiiiiie!” every time she blasted into oblivion one of the huge black hairy spiders who were sucking on the brains of hysterical people running left and right all around her. The people were screaming too, writhing in agony. The spiders were not only sucking on their brains, they were talking to them in a voice that sent shivers down her spine. But she wasn’t afraid of them, just extremely angry. Not so much at the enemy as at herself because she couldn’t solve a heartbreaking dilemma. These spiders were not coming from somewhere and attacking the humans. Instead, they were coming out of their own heads. They emerged from the heads of some people and swiftly jumped onto the heads of others, drilled holes in their skulls, and stuck their needle-like trunks into their brains. Most often they came out of the heads of adults and jumped onto the heads of children who cried for help while squeezing their faces in pain and terror. It was obvious that the only way to prevent the onslaught on the children was to blow up the heads of the adults, most of whom were their parents. She didn’t want to do that, but it seemed like the only solution, and the frustration she felt from not having enough time to think of another one built up so much that she completely lost it and threw a grenade that killed everyone around, including her. The explosion blew her to pieces and… woke her up. Still not moving a muscle, she turned to her OM
Mono: This time you have outdone yourself. What was that about anyway? What was that Contrast for?
OM: Getting ahead of the game a little.
Mono got up and opened the window. To her great surprise, it was snowing outside.
Mono: Ok. I understand these talking tarantulas represent your mind Viruses but….You know what? I’m glad. I actually liked this dream because it made sense. Usually, I can’t even wrap my thoughts around the images. They are too abstract and weird, but in this one everything was so clear. A refreshing change… And I remember it too. Every facial expression, every gesture, even the timbre of the voice these bugs were speaking with…Disturbing but interesting. So, what was that about?
OM: Do you remember the predominant emotion?
Mono: Yes, powerlessness. I wanted to save everyone at once but I had no time to figure out how.
OM: What about the parents? What were your feelings about them?
Mono: I’ll admit, I kind of hated them.
OM: Why?
Mono: For being so weak and so… stupid. They allowed it to happen without putting up a fight. I think they even facilitated the reproduction of the spiders inside their own heads. They were like zombies but worse because they still had control over their minds but for some reason they were not exercising it. They had become slaves to that voice. I knew they had a choice, they could stop this but they also couldn’t. Which is why I was confused. I didn’t know if I should think of them as friends or enemies. I didn’t know if I should blow their heads up with all the spiders inside them or somehow kill only the spiders. I was in a very tight spot and I felt extremely responsible for everyone. I think that’s what frustrated me the most.
OM: That is one of the important issues every Virus Fighter has to deal with. Now, do you want to talk about this war?
Mono: Let me take a shower and have something to eat first.
Mono took her time. She didn’t have any intention to leave the apartment that day – the winter had returned and she had had enough of it for one year. Not that she was upset about it – it was a great excuse to stay in and meditate all day. Or better yet, listen to the story of the world OM had been promising to tell her for a few days. She put on some very comfortable clothes, dimmed the lights, lit a sweet-smelling incense, a couple of candles to give her the sensation of mystery and coziness, and sat in her favorite spot – the meditation corner. She silenced her mind and when the presence of her OM and its friends became palpable enough, she whispered: “Ok, I’m ready.”
OM: As you can easily guess, we create planets not just to have a bunch of pretty balls dancing all around the cosmos, but for the beings living on them. The planets are our bases in the physical reality. No matter what species we plant on them, we start with the intention to create a collective of fully conscious beings.
Mono: Like humans here, right?
OM: Humans are our species of choice, yes. And they are conscious, yes. They know that they think and they know they can choose their thoughts. But as a collective, you are not fully conscious yet. You will be when you connect consciously with your Original Minds and you play the Game together with us.
Mono: What about individuals?
OM: There have always been fully conscious individuals amongst you but their numbers have been insignificantly small until recently. We brought them in for different reasons – to test the mind technology, to complete specific tasks, to maintain the highest vibration within the collective human mind as a counterbalance to the lowest frequencies within it…
Mono: Am I a fully conscious avatar?
OM: You are in the process of becoming one. You have been mostly in full consciousness for a few days, but soon you will start your personal fight with Virusmind, and you will be coming in and out of full consciousness for quite some time.
Mono: So, that was the Intention with which you created this humanity?
OM: At the time being, yes. The first humans we created had very, very simple minds – almost like the minds of animals, but not quite. One of the differences between humans and animals is this: the minds of animals are not meant to evolve into conscious minds, while the human mind has been designed to expand infinitely from the start. Little by little, through experience, humans become able to process more and more data, and to comprehend more and more complex concepts. And now this humanity is at the threshold of a new dimension.
Mono: A new dimension?
OM: A dimension is the level of expansion of a mind. The more expanded the mind, the more able it is to comprehend the concepts of the highest vibration.
Mono: You mean it is smarter.
OM: If by “smart” you mean capable of processing data very well, no, it’s not what I mean.
Mono: I don’t understand, what is the difference?
OM: You know that thoughts vibrate, right?
Mono: Yup.
OM: Concepts are made of thoughts and they have specific frequencies of vibration. The higher-vibrational ones are those that are in sync with the Original Concepts, or the Ultimate Truth. We’ll talk about that very soon. A mind has to be well expanded to hold and operate from a perspective based on the Ultimate Truth.
Mono: So, a dimension is…a state of mind?
OM: A quality of mind. It’s when the mind has reached a level that allows it to perceive the world from the highest vibration, that is, to see the world through the eyes of her OM. That also means that the avatar’s mind and her body are capable of sustaining the highest frequency. The mind is the Operating System of the mind-body machine that the avatar is. It upgrades through experience and that’s what I mean by “expansion”. It grows but not in volume or size. Mind expansion is not about intellectual knowledge, either. It’s about understanding the principles of reality creation. And no knowledge is more valuable than the knowledge regarding reality creation.
Mono: Ohhh, so many humans would disagree with you right now… They think knowledge is…facts. In school they try to stuff our brains with information mostly about the structure of the physical reality. Normal people think you are knowledgeable and intelligent if you know things like the name of some poet who lived three centuries ago or on what dates some world war started and ended.
OM: This is data – the pieces of the puzzle of reality. The knowledge about the principles of reality creation is about how to use data, how to put the pieces together to create experiences. Data can be stored and processed by a robot – a machine without consciousness. But no human avatar’s mind is designed for that job. Because the avatar’s mind is operated by consciousness, and only consciousness can create and experience reality.
Mono: What’s the difference between a mind and a consciousness?
OM: A mind is a device, an Operating System. Consciousness is a mind with a self.
Mono: Didn’t you say the universe is a mind? Why do you call it the Universal Mind and not the Universal Consciousness.
OM: It sounds better. Haha. The universe is one big mind comprised of many smaller minds operated by one consciousness.
Mono: What? One consciousness? What about the different Selves then?
OM: You are talking about Identity. It is one consciousness, yes, but it creates different Identities for itself – the separate Selves.
Mono: I really hope this will start to make more sense in the future…
OM: Of course it will. You will experience these concepts in hundreds of situations until you integrate them in your little human mind.
Mono: Oh, great. Is that even possible?
OM: Of course it’s possible! Humans believe their mind is limited but I told you, it is designed to expand indefinitely. That means, it can hold and process any concept, as long as it has reached the corresponding level of expansion and is able to maintain its frequency.
Mono: Great. But we got side-tracked. I thought we were going to talk about the history of this humanity.
OM: We are. Ok, so, this humanity has been evolving, the human mind has been expanding for millennia, and it has now reached a crucial level. It is headed towards the 5th dimension. That’s the dimension of the fully conscious human.
Mono: Oh? What dimension is it in now?
OM: In the 4th one – the transitionary dimension between the 3rd and the 5th.
Mono: So, what’s the difference between the 3rd and the 5th dimension?
OM: The 3D mind perceives the Illusion up to its horizon, so to speak. It comprehends the world within the boundaries of the material world and it tends to reject the rest or explain it only in terms of what it understands. It can only process data based on concepts that correspond to what the five physical senses can decipher.
Mono: You mean avatars with 3D minds think that only what they see, hear, touch, smell, and taste is real.
OM: Yes, but also, when they create reality, they base their strategy on the principles by which the physical world seems to work.
Mono: Right. I understand what you are saying but…can you give me an example?
OM: The most obvious and most essential idea that defines the perspective of the 3D avatars is death. Unable to see where people go when they die, they presume they go nowhere. That of course scares them, and a lot of their decisions are based on that fear. You want a more mundane example? How about choosing where to go on vacation? 3D humans think they have to research every detail of their trip in advance in an attempt to control as much of the experience as possible. That’s because they believe only they can put together the elements constituting circumstances and events. They believe their human intellects are the only creative intelligence available because that is all they are aware of.
Mono: And 5D humans? How are they different? Do they see things that are…not material?
OM: 5D humans do not perceive a different physical reality. The world looks exactly the same to them. But they can observe and understand the connections between circumstances and events, between thoughts and manifestations. They understand the principle of synchronicity because they are aware of the Law of attraction and the other principles of reality creation. 3D humans think of them as highly intuitive because they are in connection with their OMs. For example, they receive a great deal of information from the tone of voice, the body language, the facial expression of other humans because they are able to detect their vibration. They can also recognize the correlations between people’s thoughts and their external realities, but they don’t see auras, elves, or aliens. They could if they wanted to, but that’s true for all humans. You can see whatever you want and believe you can see. But things that are not visible by default in this physical Illusion, that is, by all avatars, are just individual choices of experiences. That has nothing to do with the art of reality creation while the mind expansion or the higher dimensions are only about that. Simply put, the higher-dimensional your mind is, the better Creator you are.
Mono: Ok. I understand where we are going but…how do the mind Viruses fit in this picture?
OM: A few millennia ago we decided to do a very special experiment with this humanity. We locked it in the 3rd Dimension.
Mono: What do you mean, you locked it in the 3rd Dimension? And how did you do that?
OM: If you let the human mind, that is, the collective mind of this species, evolve naturally, it would pass through each evolutionary level and through each dimension in a certain period of time. Let’s say that this humanity would have been 3-Dimensional for a thousand years. That’s not an actual value, but it’s good enough for the example. So, instead of letting the humanity discover their OMs and the principles of reality creation after a thousand years of evolution, we locked them in the 3D for five thousand years.
Mono: I am very curious as to how you did that but of course you have to tell me first…WHY!?
OM: We did it in order to create the almost infinite abundance of possible experiences in this world. By locking the mind in the 3rd Dimension, we provoked an inward evolution. See, evolution cannot be stopped no matter what. The Mighty River of Evolution flows and passes through any and all obstacles. So, when we locked the mind inside the boundaries of the material world, instead of expanding outward, it started dividing, fragmenting itself to expand that which it already was.
Mono: I’m not sure I understand. What would we have done if you hadn’t locked us in the material world?
OM: You would have explored your connection to other beings, other worlds, things outside of the Illusion. When you had no access to the outside world, you explored the material world. But more importantly you expanded it.
Mono: What does that mean? How did we expand it?
OM: It’s very simple, you created many versions of one thing and many combinations of the elements you had at your disposal. For example, you created hundreds, even thousands of dishes with just several ingredients.
Mono: You are really fond of food though…
OM: Yes, I am. But it’s not just food, of course. Think about how many different brands of cars, computers, telephones, and other technological devices you have. Do you think you need to have fifty different toasters in one store? But each one is of a different shape, color, design… You may think it’s not practical to have this many options. It may not even be reasonable but it’s wonderful! People are constantly coming up with the most delightful ideas and produce the most fantastic devices to make their lives within the physical dimension more comfortable or simply more fun. There is an exuberant focus on objects, but also on experiences – places to visit, things to do…
Mono: It sounds like a good idea, but again…Virusmind?
OM: This experiment was a genius idea but there was a price to be paid. We practically confined the mind to the walls of the Illusion, and that made it believe that the Illusion was the entire universe. The physical avatars were separated from their OMs and that created an inordinate tension within them. In other words, it magnified their Contrast. Parallel with the expansion of the material world, the beliefs spurring from the idea that the physical realm is all there also grew and expanded. People started to believe their bodies were their entire Selves; that they were alone in the universe; that the resources are limited to what they can see…They started to fight with each other because they believed their survival was completely dependent on the possession of matter.
Mono: And those beliefs are the mind Viruses…
OM: Yes. These false concepts were the only available truth and they became masters of the human mind.
Mono: And you didn’t think that would happen?
OM: Of course we did. We anticipated it. But see, Virusmind is just a by-product of a process of production. We produced a remarkable Game. A few scraps that we now have to clean are a welcome price to pay.
Mono: What about all the suffering from the wars we lead…and the social system itself? It’s entirely based on these false concepts.
OM: The suffering was valuable Contrast. It created a reality for the future you cannot even imagine right now. And the Contrast which lasted about five millennia produced a reality that will last hundreds of millennia. Besides, it’s all a part of the Game. Do you think we are not excited about the cleaning phase?
Mono: You mean the war with Virusmind that we have to engage in.
OM: Yes, but we don’t have to, we get to fight Virusmind. It will be an epic war! We love fighting for what we love. We are going to fight for Freedom, remember? Every phase of the Game is exciting, trust me.
Mono: So, the experiment was successful.
OM: Extremely! More than we expected.
Mono: And you are prepared for the cleaning phase? You have avatars…like me…coming to clean mind Viruses from the collective human mind?
OM: Yes. You are our agents. You the Supermind Company. You will not only clean the human mind, but you will introduce the 5D mind into this world. You will initiate a new humanity.
Mono: When? When we are done with Virusmind?
OM: No, simultaneously. You will be fighting, that is, reconfiguring, upgrading, expanding your minds, and coming together at the same time.
Mono: I understand. You didn’t tell me how you locked the human mind in the 3rd Dimension though.
OM: We used the concept of time, on which the physical world is founded. Technically, we did it through the clock and the calendar this humanity is using.
Mono: Wow! The clock and the calendar?
OM: Yes. The current time measuring devices – the clock and the calendar – that are most widely used and are sustaining the social system you were talking about, reflect the frequency of the 3rd dimension. They are programmed to be out of alignment with the natural rhythm of time this planet follows and in alignment with the properties of matter.
Mono: Wait, does that mean we, the Supermind Company, are to have a different clock and a different calendar?
OM: Yes. Your time-measuring devices are in perfect synchronicity with the natural rhythms of time as defined by the planet, the star, and the moon.
Mono and OM talked about the natural time measuring devices until dark. They made all the necessary calculations together and by the end of the day, the algorithm for the new, yet ancient, calendar was designed and recorded.
Mono: Great. Now I just have to get the Company together and tell them all about it. Who will believe me though…
OM: Only the ones who have come with the Intention to be a part of the Supermind Company. It is not your job to create such individuals. It is not your job to create the Company either. You are a messenger, the one who volunteered to sound the battle call. The other agents of our Agency of Infinite Intelligence, are coming together with you. Their OMs will remind them of who they are. You will meet and recognize each other but you will not be leading one another. This is a radically different society you are creating here. A humanity in which each human is connected to and guided by her OM, not by other humans. Sure, you can help each other, but mostly with ideas regarding the fight against Virusmind. When it comes to your roles within the Company, each one of you is responsible for her own path and her own performance.
Mono: That’s a relief. It also sounds incredible, but I like that. I will have to be surprised if I can’t even imagine how I’ll meet these people.
OM: Don’t worry, it’s a part of your Game plan to be surprised, it’s a part of your Intentions. But you are first and foremost a Virus Fighter and you have a very personal fight that we’ll talk about after we have covered the basics. It’s time for you to rest though.
Mono: You know what? I’m tired but not physically. I think I’ll go out tonight and I’ll meet some people. I need a distraction.
OM: Sure. Let’s go out and have an adventure.
